This is an overview of World Vision’s journey in developing a new strategic direction to transform World Vision into a global organization so as to best meet ministry requirements at a local level.



Liz Mackinlay brings her experience as co-lead for the Our Future Integrated Pilot in LACR (2007) to her position as a Director within the Global Office of Strategy Management. Before moving to the Partnership Office she worked in Cambodia with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Society, then for three and a half years with WVCambodia. She previously worked for the Australia government and NGO community to bring health care and critical services to indigenous populations there.. She has a Masters degree in Social Planning and International Development and is based in Melbourne Australia.
