	Joao Diniz: Director for Regional Strategy, Latin America Region Co-team Lead of Our Future Pilot.
Joao Diniz began his 17 year career with World Vision as a Rural Development Advisor in his native Brazil. He since served as the national Economic Development Manager in before moving to San Jose, Costa Rica as Regional Coordinator for Transformational Development and Ministry Quality. Joao successfully co-led the Our Future Integrated Pilot in 2006 – 2007 and was then appointed as the Strategy Director in LACR. Joao has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is married with two daughters.

	Arjen Joosse: Regional Director of Strategic Planning, Asia Pacific Region.

The Africa Regional Office is recruiting for this position. We will update the site once the hire is announced. Dorothy Mufanechiya, Executive Advisor to the Vice President for Africa is serving as the interim director. Also actively participating in Strategic Planning is Dickens Thunde, Strategy Development Specialist/ World Vision International/ Office of Strategy Management

	Brett Gresham: Regional Director of Strategic Development, Middle East and Eastern Europe Region.
Brett Gresham (B.Eng.Civ, M.Litt. Dev Stud.) began his international career as a Water and Sanitation Engineer and has since moved into operations management, managing programs up to USD80Million, and is currently the Strategic Director in MEER. He has worked for several International NGOs over the past 20 years including 6 years with World Vision and has lived and worked in Afghanistan, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Cyprus, Albania and the Philippines. Brett is married with two daughters.
